PRIVATE training


Our private training gives our athletes the opportunity to focus on their personal skill set and receive one to one development WITH attention to detail. we monitor our workouts to help players improve and build confidence. our players will become EQUIPT WITH essenitials of the game; including shooting,ball-handling, footwork, Defensive techniques, and high iq. Private training can be scheduled upon the players

request and availability.
































GROUP WORKOUTS


our group training sessions are energetic and our players are given the chance to combine skill with competitve in-game situations. The difference between these small group sessions and the individual sessions is the ability for immediate game-situation applications. using the skills you learn and creating transition. our group workouts are designed to elevate PLAYERs, allowing them to compete AND GIVing them A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF BASKETBALL.





















STRENGTH & CONDITIONING


Athletic development is an important factor of becoming an impactful player. This includes strength, coordination, balance, speed, and agility. we provide the opportunity to help build players strength and

conditioning which then allows them to push fatigue. The off-season is a time to start the foundation for in-season success. we monitor player progression as they build strength, key factors are absorb contact, explosiveness, and the ability to keep in form.

SPORTS MENTORSHIP

The pressure of an athletes career can be intense. Understanding this we have helped athletes grow and reach their physical and mental capability for years, supporting them through the unique life challenges that come with sports and the daily life lessons. Our mentoring through sports is helped to develop character Each atheltes Journey is different and during this time athletes experience highs and lows both on and off the basketball court. Being prepared in all areas deals with adversity. Adversity always builds Character !

PREPARATION

We provide mentorship concepts designed to bring players together during the basketball season to share ideas, confront challenges and learn from other experiences while building community.

SCHEDULE

We offer weekly and monthly basketball skill sessions with addition to strength and conditioning. Our training sessions are excellent opportunities for players to learn and develop. Played will be pushed to their max potential and will see results from the training provided.
